This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you visit artzim.com, artzimbyhumbertofontanott.com, create or use an account, contact us, place an order, request support, purchase artwork or digital downloads, manage privacy preferences, or otherwise interact with our Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, payment pages, social networks, or platforms that we do not control, even when Artzim links or redirects you to them.

Depending on how you interact with Artzim, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping information, and account identifier.

• Account information, such as authentication records, account role, order history, and digital download history.

• Transaction information, such as artwork purchased, quantities, order amount, currency, payment status, Clover transaction identifiers, checkout session identifiers, and fulfillment status.

• Communications and support information, including messages, contact form submissions, support requests, commission inquiries, and information you voluntarily provide.

• Technical information, such as IP address, browser User-Agent, browser type, operating system, referral information, requested pages, timestamps, and basic security or diagnostic information.

• Advertising and conversion information when optional marketing technologies are permitted, including Pinterest event identifiers, product identifiers, conversion value, order identifier, hashed contact or account identifiers, and a Pinterest click identifier when one exists.

• Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for accounts, authentication, security, preferences, checkout continuity, cart functionality, fraud prevention, privacy choices, analytics, and advertising measurement where permitted.

• Artwork and product information uploaded or managed through Artzim, including images, files, metadata, ownership information, licensing information, and copyright-related notices where applicable.

We may collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from Artzim account, database, authentication, and storage systems; from Clover in connection with payments; from service providers acting on our behalf; from Pinterest when advertising or conversion measurement is used; and from other lawful sources where permitted.

We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve Artzim.

This may include authenticating accounts, managing the shopping cart, validating artwork availability and pricing, creating orders, processing and confirming payments, providing digital downloads, managing fulfillment, responding to customer requests, preventing fraud, protecting accounts and intellectual property, complying with legal obligations, maintaining transaction records, measuring site performance, and improving the storefront experience.

When you permit optional advertising and measurement technologies, we may also use limited information to measure Pinterest advertising performance, understand conversions, improve attribution, and evaluate the effectiveness of Artzim marketing.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may disclose information to service providers and processors that support hosting, deployment, database services, authentication, storage, payment processing, communications, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, legal compliance, and other business operations.

When optional Pinterest advertising measurement is enabled by your privacy choice, limited conversion and matching information may be transmitted to Pinterest for advertising measurement and attribution purposes.

Depending on applicable privacy law and the circumstances, certain disclosures associated with advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising may be legally characterized as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar regulated activity even when no money is exchanged. Artzim provides privacy choices for its optional Pinterest measurement technologies.

We may also disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or similar business transaction.

Artzim currently uses or may use Vercel for website hosting and deployment; Supabase for database, authentication, and related application services; Clover for hosted payment checkout and payment processing; Pinterest for optional advertising measurement and conversion analytics; and communications providers such as Web3Forms, Resend, or similar services where enabled.

These third-party providers process information according to their applicable agreements, security practices, and privacy notices.

Artzim uses Clover Hosted Checkout for supported online payments. When you proceed to Clover checkout, payment card information is entered on a Clover-hosted payment experience rather than directly into an Artzim payment form.

Artzim does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or card security codes in its own application database.

We may receive and retain limited transaction metadata needed to associate the payment with your Artzim order, such as payment status, amount, currency, merchant identifier, payment identifier, checkout session identifier, timestamps, and Artzim order reference.

Payment information processed directly by Clover is subject to Clover’s own terms, privacy practices, and security controls.

If you purchase digital artwork, Artzim may retain records necessary to verify your purchase, confirm payment, provide secure access to eligible files, manage download access, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and protect intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or downloading digital artwork does not transfer copyright. Digital artwork is licensed only according to the applicable product terms and Artzim policies.

Artzim uses technologies that are necessary or reasonably related to operating the Services, including authentication cookies, session technologies, shopping-cart local storage, security mechanisms, account continuity, checkout functionality, and privacy preference storage.

These essential or operational technologies may remain available regardless of your optional advertising preference because they support functions such as signing in, maintaining a cart, protecting the storefront, and completing a purchase.

Your marketing privacy choice is stored in a first-party Artzim preference so that the site can remember whether optional Pinterest technologies are allowed or declined.

With your permission, Artzim may use the Pinterest Tag and Pinterest Conversions API to measure events such as product page visits, additions to cart, checkout initiation, and completed purchases.

For a completed purchase, information sent for Pinterest conversion measurement may include an Artzim event identifier, order identifier, currency, order value, quantity, product identifiers, product names or categories, and information used to improve conversion matching.

Matching information may include a cryptographic SHA-256 representation of the email address associated with the Artzim order and a cryptographic representation of an Artzim account identifier. Artzim does not send the plain-text customer email in those matching fields.

When optional Pinterest measurement is permitted and the information is available, Artzim may also use the customer IP address, browser User-Agent, and a Pinterest click identifier associated with the first-party _epik cookie for conversion matching and attribution.

A Pinterest click identifier is not created or fabricated by Artzim when one does not exist.

Artzim does not intentionally generate mobile advertising identifiers solely to satisfy Pinterest event-quality recommendations when those identifiers do not apply to the Artzim web experience.

Optional Pinterest advertising and conversion measurement is controlled through Artzim’s Privacy Choices interface.

If you choose “Allow optional,” Artzim may activate the Pinterest Tag and may associate permitted conversion-matching information with an order for Pinterest measurement.

If you choose “Decline optional,” Pinterest marketing measurement is not required for your account, cart, Clover checkout, payment confirmation, or digital download access.

You may change your preference later through the Privacy Choices control displayed on the Artzim website.

Where Artzim detects a supported Global Privacy Control signal, Artzim is designed to keep optional Pinterest marketing technologies disabled for that browser session or preference state.

Artzim does not currently treat the older Do Not Track browser signal as equivalent to the Global Privacy Control signal.

We may send transactional communications such as receipts, payment or order confirmations, account notices, download information, support responses, or security-related messages.

Where legally permitted and where required preferences have been obtained, we may also send marketing or promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting fontart.zim@gmail.com.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account administration, order fulfillment, digital delivery, customer service, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax obligations, legal compliance, and enforcement of our rights.

Artzim is designed to minimize certain Pinterest conversion-matching data after successful delivery of a conversion event. For example, an IP address, browser User-Agent, or stored Pinterest click identifier associated with that conversion may be removed from the Artzim order record after the Pinterest Conversions API accepts the event.

Artzim may retain the fact that optional Pinterest measurement was permitted, the time the preference was recorded, and the time a conversion event was successfully delivered.

If delivery to Pinterest fails, limited conversion-matching information may be retained temporarily so the delivery can be diagnosed or retried without creating or charging a new order.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.

Security controls may include authenticated access, server-side authorization, restricted administrative credentials, payment-provider validation, signed webhook verification, access controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the Services.

No system, storage method, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Artzim and its service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions whose privacy or data-protection laws differ from those where you reside.

Artzim is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights regarding personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information concerning certain disclosures or processing activities.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests and may retain information necessary to document or fulfill a request where permitted or required.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, subject to statutory thresholds, definitions, exceptions, and the applicability of those laws to Artzim.

Where applicable, those rights may include rights to know or access certain personal information, request correction, request deletion, obtain information about categories of information collected or disclosed, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

Artzim does not sell personal information for money.

Optional Pinterest advertising and conversion measurement can be declined through Artzim’s Privacy Choices interface. Artzim is also designed to recognize supported Global Privacy Control signals by keeping optional Pinterest marketing technologies disabled when such a signal is detected.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, providers, technologies, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
